AEDGrant.com Terms of Use

1. Program Overview

AEDGrant.com is an online program assisting U.S.-based organizations in obtaining Automated External Defibrillators (AEDs) through grant funding or discounted purchase opportunities. Participation in the program is subject to acceptance of these Terms of Use.

2. Eligibility

Program participation is limited to the United States 48 Contiguous States.
U.S. Territories and Commonwealths may qualify in special cases.
International participation is not permitted.

3. Shipping & Fulfillment

AEDs are shipped directly from manufacturers or distributors, not from AEDGrant.com.
Most AED orders ship within 30–60 business days, but timelines are not guaranteed.
Due to manufacturer ship-holds for device readiness or recall prevention, shipping delays may occur.

4. Warranty

All AEDs and accessories carry a minimum one-year limited warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms.

5. Returns & Cancellations

AEDs are Class III medical devices and cannot be returned, except under pre-authorized circumstances (e.g., defective units).
Accessories may be returned with prior authorization only.
A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns and cancellations.
Returned items must be unopened and in original condition.
Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees on returns.
Unauthorized returns may be refused or incur redirect fees.

6. Order Processing

Check payments may be held for up to 8 business days to verify available funds.
Cancellations must be received before processing to avoid restocking fees.

7. Pricing & Substitution

Product pricing and availability are subject to change without notice.
Substitutions may be made based on stock levels or manufacturer updates.

8. Public Listing of Participants

If your organization is accepted and participates in the program, we may publicly list your name in program materials or media releases. Application alone does not constitute participation.

9. Use of Website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, or use the site in any way that harms AEDGrant.com or its users. All content on the site is the property of AEDGrant.com and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

AEDGrant.com is not responsible for shipping delays, manufacturer backorders, or device malfunctions. Use of products purchased through the program is at your own risk. We disclaim all liability for any damages arising from participation in the program.

Generous participation and corporate backing have been secured by AEDGrant.com for this corporate sponsored AED Buy Down Grant Project. AEDGrant.com works with American CPR Training^® for training in CPR and AEDs. AEDGrant.com can help you receive funding for an AED device to place in your home or workplace, and can help public facilities to obtain grants for AEDs and discounts on AED parts/accessories including wall cabinets. We work with AED Manufacturers such as Philips, Physio Control, Defibtech, HeartSine, and Zoll to provide state of the art AED machines like the OnSite, FRx, LifePak CR2, Lifeline, Samaritan PAD 350P, and more.
